① Artificial light sources with light color and color rendering close to sunlight should be used
In the photochemical reaction, it is mainly ultraviolet rays with a wavelength below 400 nm. For this reason, when selecting a light source, the content of ultraviolet rays should be reduced as much as possible. In international standards, the ultraviolet radiation to photosensitive substances should be less than 75μw/lm, and there are two light sources to choose from: one is a low-pressure halogen tungsten lamp of 15μw/lm, and the other is a fluorescent lamp of 49μw/lm.
② Control illuminance and exposure value
A For the lighting of calligraphy and painting, the illuminance standard shall be 150 lux;
B Another element of exhibit protection is the exposure value: exhibit lighting x time;
C Use infrared motion detectors to automatically reduce the illuminance to 50 lux when no one is there. This control can better protect the exhibits.
